Training advice and the use of any recommended equipment are followed at the owner’s discretion and risk. D’Arcys Dog Training accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to dogs, owners, third parties, or property occurring during or after training sessions.
Clients remain fully responsible for their dog at all times.

Refund Policy
D’Arcys Dog Training is committed to providing professional, high-quality training and behaviour support. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.
Training Sessions
• Payments for completed training sessions are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not available for missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Packages & Block Bookings
• Packages and block bookings are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
• Any remaining sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe.
Cancellations by D’Arcys Dog Training
If D’Arcys Dog Training needs to cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled or, where appropriate, refunded.
Behaviour & Training Outcomes
As dog training and behaviour work depends on many factors outside our control, refunds are not offered based on training outcomes or progress.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion
